Flour the meat. In a medium size non-stick skillet warm up the oil. Quickly sauté’ the meat on both sides. Add lemon squeeze or wine and let cook for 3 minutes on each side or until done.

Step 2

Add salt to taste and serve immediately.

  • 16 oz. ½ inch high Chicken or Beef Fillet
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 4 tbsp. Lemon juice, or white wine, 1 glass (about 5 oz.)
  • Sea salt to taste
