Directions

Step 1

Heat up the olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the garlic and let it flavor the oil for a few seconds. Place the chicken fillets in the skillet, once you have seared the meat on both sides lower the heat  and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. At this point shower the chicken with the orange juice on both sides.

Step 2

Sprinkle the rosemary, add salt and pepper and let the chicken cook until it’s done!

Ingredients for four

  • 1 lb. chicken breast fillets
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
