Directions
Clean the radishes, rinse and slice them. Rinse the arugula, dry and put in a large bowl. Add the radishes and oregano, mix. In a separate smaller bowl prepare a sauce by mixing well the yogurt, oil, salt & pepper. Whisk well. Pour the sauce over the salad, toss and serve.

- 10 Radishes
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 4 oz. Plain Greek low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
