In a medium size skillet warm up the oil with the garlic and parsley. You want the oil warm but don’t want to burn the garlic. Quickly sauté’ the meat on both sides to your taste.

Step 2

Serve immediately.

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
