Directions

Step 1

Place the salmon in a dish. Spread the oil on it using your fingers. Add the parsley, dill, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Wrap the salmon in parchment paper and close on both sides. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or more. Serve warm.

  • 3 oz. Salmon per person
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh flat Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Dried dill
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
