Directions

Step 1

Mix yogurt,  lemon juice,   salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add basil,  mint.  Then the oil, and continue to mix.  Refrigerate for 60 minutes.

Options:  to personalize your yogurt dressing you may add any spices  you  like or even a cucumber finely chopped.  Add curry for a more exotic taste.

Ingredients for four

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
